REFUNDS – COVID19 / LOCKDOWN

In the event of Lockdown due to the current Covid19 pandemic, and inline with DHHS advice and government regulations, where confirmed and paid guests are unable to travel, a full refund less 10% for all admin and bank fees will be returned if alternative dates cannot be agreed on.  You will also be eligible to roll-over your booking to the following year within the same season ie. High/Low season

3Should I Book Mt Baw Baw Entry?
It is advisable to book your resort entry online prior to your arrival. https://mountbawbaw.com.au/resort-entry
4Check In Times For Apartment 4
CHECK IN:
Check in time is 3pm.
Head to the Cascade Apartment Building located at the top of the Alpine Road (opposite main car park), you can check in with Andrea at the Woodshead Café.
CHECK OUT:
Check out time is 11am.
We request you remove all rubbish on departure and leave apartment as you found it. Excess cleaning will attract an additional charge to the registered guest.
5Bedding & Toiletries?
Doonas and pillows are provided. Please bring your own linen, towels and toiletries. Note: Beds will not be made when you arrive.
6What clothing should I bring?
Waterproof jacket, pants and gloves, warm base layer (thermals), beanie, sunglasses/goggles. Sunscreen & Lip balm. Long thick socks with waterproof shoes/boots. Scarf or neck warmer. Waterproof gear Ski and Snowboard equipment are available for hire at the Retail and Rental Store on the mountain https://www.bawbawskihire.com.au Helmets are recommended for all guests when skiing or boarding and are required in any terrain park area or during resort events.

8Do you have Wifi?
Unlimited Wifi is available on request. Please speak with the our friendly manager. An extra charge per booking is applicable.
9Is there tea and coffee facilities?
You will find tea and coffee facilities in your apartment on arrival.
10Is it safe to drink the water?
Bring own drinking water or PLEASE ENSURE YOU BOIL THE WATER PRIOR TO CONSUMPTION
11Is there a general store for supplies?
Make sure you bring everything you will need to with you as there is no supermarket or general store on the mountain.
12What happens if I accidently damage something?
Please report any accidental damages to the managers on departure. Any wilful damage or stolen items will be charged to the registered guest.
