CASCADE SKI APARTMENTS DOES NOT GIVE A SKI OR SNOW GUARANTEE

We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance.

Key Booking Terms

Minimum Stay Requirements:

  • Peak Winter Season requires a 2 night min. stay for weekend bookings
  • There is a two night minimum stay on weekends (Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together), Sunday through to and including Thursday is a one night minimum stay

Accommodation Details:

  • This apartment is located at the rear of the Cascade Ski Apartment building offering guests privacy and plenty of snow play areas at your doorstep. The Cascade building is conveniently located opposite the main day car park allowing guests to easily unload cars

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation, there will be no refund unless the property is fully re-let. In the event the property is re-let, monies paid shall be refunded less a cancellation fee of 30% of the total tariff.

To avoid unnecessary loss of monies due to cancellation as a result of unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Cascade Ski Apartments and all service providers shall not be held responsible for skiing or weather conditions.

BOOKING ACCEPTANCE

Receipt of your initial Booking Confirmation and payment of the required fees shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the Booking Terms and Conditions of Cascade Ski Apartments.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY

Cascade Ski Apartments, its employees or agents shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, additional expenses, accident, delay or irregularity, whether in property or person or otherwise resulting directly from:

  • Delay or changes in accommodation
  • Breakdown in equipment or vehicles
  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Strike
  • Sickness
  • Theft
  • Cancellation of or changes in itinerary
  • Other causes beyond their control

Without prejudice or limiting the generality of the foregoing, Cascade Ski Apartments shall likewise not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, additional expense, accident, delay, irregularity or disappointment, whether to property, person or otherwise, arising in connection with any accommodation or in connection with any vehicle or transport or other services.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The right is reserved to alter the price, cancel or withdraw any service or accommodation. All rates are subject to change and acceptance of documents signifies and confirms your agreement to these terms and conditions.
