Cascade Apartment 4 is a self-contained, family-friendly unit located on the lower level at the back of the Cascade complex in Baw Baw Village, Mt Baw Baw. Its private position gives it a quiet, cosy atmosphere away from the main building, with its own private entrance and a dedicated snow play area — three toboggans are included for guests to enjoy.
Sleeping up to 7, the apartment has two bedrooms: a main bedroom with a queen bed and single bunk, and a second bedroom with a tri-bunk. The living area features a cosy lounge with a gas log fireplace, couch, and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave. There is a private ensuite as well as a second bathroom, plus a washing machine and drying room for ski and snow gear.
Pillows and doonas are provided; guests must bring their own linen and towels, or arrange hire. Please note: there is no resort WiFi. During winter there is no vehicle access to the village — luggage drop is at Carpark 1 with oversnow transport available. Whether you're here for winter snow play or a summer mountain escape, Apartment 4 is your ideal base at Mt Baw Baw.

Beautiful alpine apartment, perfectly set up for our ski trip. The gas fireplace was a highlight after cold days on the slopes. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location in the village.
Fantastic spot at Mt Baw Baw. The apartment was clean, warm and well-equipped. Loved the privacy of being around the back. Only note - no WiFi, so bring your own entertainment!
We brought the whole family for a winter getaway and it was magical. Kids loved the snow right outside. Apartment fits 7 easily with the bunk setup. The drying room for wet ski gear was a lifesaver!
