Welcome to Cascade Apartment 4, a recently renovated, fully self-contained apartment set over two levels in the heart of Baw Baw Village at Mt Baw Baw. Nestled among snowgum trees with direct ski-in/ski-out access, this alpine retreat is the perfect base for all seasons — from winter skiing to summer hiking and mountain biking.
The large open-plan living and dining area features three couches, a flat-screen TV, CD player, and a gas log fire to keep you warm après-ski. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, and air fryer. Hydronic heating runs throughout the apartment, and a dedicated drying room means you're always ready for the next day on the mountain.
Bedroom 1 (downstairs) has a comfortable Queen bed. Bedroom 2 (downstairs) features two tri-bunks — each with a double on the bottom and a single on top — sleeping up to 6 in this room alone. Combined, the apartment sleeps up to 8 guests across two bathrooms. Step out onto the private balcony for sweeping alpine views, with resort parking just a short walk away.

Absolutely perfect for our family ski trip. The ski-in/ski-out access is unbeatable — we were on the slopes in minutes from the front door. The gas log fire and the spacious living area made evenings genuinely magical. The tri-bunks in the second bedroom were ideal for the kids. Apartment is spotless and well-equipped. Can't wait to go back!
Great base for a mountain getaway. Easy access to the slopes and a short walk to the village cafes. The apartment was spotless and the beds very comfortable. The hydronic heating kept the whole place warm overnight. The balcony views in the morning were spectacular. Minor note — worth bringing your own firewood kindling — but honestly a brilliant place and we'll be back.
Stayed here for a November long weekend and it was absolutely magical. The mountain views from the balcony were stunning. Six of us stayed very comfortably across the two bedrooms. Having a fully equipped kitchen was so convenient — we cooked most meals in. The drying room after a rainy hike was a lifesaver. Immaculate presentation. Highly recommend for families and friend groups!
